Our journey of over 10 years has been nurtured by our customers.
It was more than 10 years ago that I was first introduced to a customer from the Philippines.
At the time, my focus was on closing as many deals as possible, but that encounter with the client completely changed my perspective on working in real estate.
Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make in your life.
Especially for foreign nationals living in Japan, there are language barriers, complex paperwork, and tax systems—a whole lot they don't know. Yet, they have a strong determination to "put down roots and live in Japan." I've come to believe that we cannot offer half-hearted service to someone with that kind of resolve.
Since then, there's been one thing I've always valued: "Approaching each project as if I were buying a house myself."
From finding a property to signing the contract, handing it over, and even filing tax returns in subsequent years—I make it a point to continue to be involved and take responsibility not just for the sale, but for the buyer's life afterward.
We have never placed an advertisement. The fact that we have been able to continue our business until today is entirely thanks to each and every customer who has referred us to us.

Regarding language and support systems
Foreign nationals are also welcome to consult with us.
Most of the customers who visit Buddy Estate are able to communicate in everyday Japanese. Since a certain level of Japanese documentation is required for mortgage loan applications, most customers who visit us are able to communicate in basic Japanese.
Therefore, regular consultations and contract procedures can be conducted without any problems in Japanese.
On the other hand, we fully understand that there are times when you want to confirm important details or documents in your native language. In such cases, we can arrange for a translator who can handle English and Tagalog to be present.
Please don't hesitate to contact us so that language barriers don't become an obstacle to owning a home.
