Buddy Estate Co., Ltd. is a real estate sales specialist company based in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. Since its founding, the company has continued its business relying solely on referrals and word-of-mouth, without ever placing any advertisements.
Approximately 80% of our customers are foreigners residing in Japan, primarily from the Philippines, and we have cultivated relationships where referrals within the community lead to new encounters—a relationship we have fostered for over 10 years.

We will check your eligibility for a mortgage loan in advance, taking into account your annual income, employer, and current credit information.
There are no costs involved at this stage.

In-person interview and credit information verification
We will conduct inquiries with credit information agencies at our expense.
We will review your current situation using data and work together to develop a concrete plan. Even if obtaining a mortgage is not immediately feasible, we will provide specific advice for the future.

Pre-screening
I will apply for pre-approval for a mortgage loan at my preferred financial institution.

Requirements consultation and property introduction
